We are in the the city centre and we provides clean, safe &cheap accommodation (with no hidden extras)
Facilities: no curfew, FREE BREAKFAST &LINEN included, laundry and kitchen; FREE showers,Groovy bar with more than 20 different Belgian beers, friendly multilingual staff, free locker-room, centrally located, guided tours (Brussels, Brugge, Antwerp, hop on hop off);lock-out from rooms from 10am until 2pm, daily cleaning. NEVERTHELESS, IF YOU STAY MORE THAN ONE NIGHT,YOU MAY HAVE TO CHANGE ROOMS DURING YOUR STAY AND IF YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR SEVERAL PEOPLE,YOU MIGHT NOT BE ALL ACCOMMODATED IN THE SAME ROOM. HOWEVER WE DO OUR BEST TO PUT YOU ALL TOGETHER IN THE SAME ROOM.
When you make a reservation, please print out and bring the confirmation you received by e-mail. We need it at the check-in, thanks.
** Female dorms are for females only and male dorms are for males only, please be careful when making your reservation, as we will not accept a male booking a female dorm and vice versa!**
To our female travellers: it's sometimes possible to change rooms to stay in single-sex dorms (female rooms) even if there were any left the day you have sent your booking. There are sometimes cancellations which allow that:)
Also, same thing for the lovers, if you travel as a couple, we'll try to put you together in a mixed room if it's possible.

Only written cancellations at least 48h hours prior arrival, will be accepted.

- you need to install lamps per bed, so that the big light does not need to be turned on when people come in at 2 in the morning
- room 2, the roof of the room above, needs to be fixed...one can not sleep if people are walking above.

The dorms were clean and ours had our own sink. Bathrooms were clean, only exception was that the showers turn off every 30 secounds, so you need to to keep pumping the button. Otherwise, I would def. recommend the hostel. | Female

Babette from Germany stayed here on 27th February 2010 I did not enjoy my stay at this hostel. It must have been nice in its days but now it looks really run down and old. I am pretty sure there are better looking hostels in Brussels for the price. Some positive points are: Staff was very friendly, big lockers for luggage storage and the bar. |

Some of the staff members were helpful, but there was one who wouldn't give us extra blankets when the heater in our room was broken. You have to move all of your stuff out of the room during the lockout period from 10-14. | Female
